It is important to cut off the Allium at an angle. Then put it in a vase immediately. Make sure you refresh the water every ten days. After refreshing the water, cut off a centimetre of the stems so the flower can drink enough water. If you take care of the flower the right way, you can enjoy it up to ten days. When you dry an Allium, you can preserve it even longer!
